Tom Selznick, the most talented pianist of his generation, has stopped giving concerts due to stage fright. Years after an ill-fated performance, he returns to the spotlight to play a long-awaited concert in Chicago. With the concert hall crowded and the audience waiting, Tom finds a message written on the score: “If you miss a single note, you will die”. Without leaving the stage, Tom must discover the anonymous sniper’s reasons for threatening him and get help without anyone noticing.
